We offer free shipping if the value of the items in your cart is £75 or greater (ex. VAT), and your single delivery address is on the UK mainland (excluding Highlands and Islands).

Yes, we have a minimum order charge of £25 (ex. VAT and delivery).
You can still order goods that cost less than this, but you will pay the minimum charge of £25.
If you feel your order is large enough to qualify for a bulk discount, you can email us the details. We may be able to nest your job to economise on material usage and offer you a better price.
Our typical turnaround time is 3 to 5 working days from approval of artwork.
Yes. Unlike most of our competitors we are able to send very large items without splitting them into multiple pieces. We go to extraordinary lengths with our packaging to ensure your items, even the really big ones, arrive intact.
Please note there are some constraints due to materials. For example, the size of a standard foamex or dibond sheet is 2440mm x 1220mm (8ft x 4ft). If your print doesn’t fit within those dimensions then it will have to be split.
We prefer PDF files, 150DPI at actual size with at least 3mm bleed.
These need to be formatted in all CMYK (no Pantones or other spot colours) with vectors preserved where possible and all fonts outlined.
